Application to conference

Submission of an abstract is only possible via the registration form. The organisers are not able to process applications by e-mail or other communication channels. In case of any questions, feel free to contact us at office@rodosz.ro.

Abstracts are verified

The organizers will verify the abstracts and then notify you of the result by email.

Conference fee payment

The participation fee is 450 RON/person, while for RODOSZ members it is 300 RON/person (including participation for the whole duration of the conference, possibility of a presentation (one scientific presentation and/or one poster presentation), possibility to publish, opening and gala dinner, participation in the accompanying activities)
