Logging in with Google or Facebook
You can log in to the website with a Google or Facebook account. When you log in, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture from the provider you choose (Google Ireland Limited or Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), with your consent. We have no access to your password, messages or other account data, and we never post anything on your behalf. Data processed by the provider during login is governed by the privacy policies of Googleand Meta.

The security of your data is of utmost importance to us. To ensure data protection, we apply various security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

We do not share your personal data with third parties, unless required by law or with your prior consent.

Deleting your data
You can request the deletion of your account and the associated personal data at any time by emailing office@rodosz.ro and stating the email address you registered with. We will complete your request within one month and confirm it by email. You can also permanently delete withdrawn abstracts yourself on your profile page.
If you logged in with Facebook, you can also revoke the website's access in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, then remove the app. This stops any further data transfer, but deleting the data we already store requires the email request above.
